Wir suchen einen engagierten Working Student Live-Streaming & Influencer Marketing (all genders), der die ersten Schritte im Community Management für unser Feature "LOVOO Live" gehen möchte – dort, wo sich tausende Broadcaster und Zuschauer live begegnen und miteinander interagieren.

Als Teil unseres Talent Management Teams unterstützt du unsere Community Manager dabei, neue Streamer in der App zu entdecken, sie auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten und sie zu echten Streaming-Stars zu machen Darüber hinaus hilfst du uns, unsere Social-Media-Präsenz kreativ und zielgerichtet zu gestalten.

Wenn du Lust hast, Teil der Vision unseres Talent-Teams zu werden und mehr über die spannende Welt des Live-Streamings zu erfahren, dann bewirb dich jetzt und werde eines unserer herzlichen Teammitglieder in Berlin, Dresden oder Hamburg. Arbeite mindestens 10 Stunden pro Woche mit uns zusammen und habe einen direkten Einfluss darauf, wie sich Millionen Menschen über LOVOO verbinden

Was du mitbringst
  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und noch mindestens 12 Monate eingeschrieben.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse – wir kommunizieren im Team auf Englisch
  • Begeisterung und Verständnis für Live-Streaming-Plattformen und Social Media (insbesondere Instagram & TikTok)
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
  • Talent fürs Netzwerken – du kannst leicht Kontakte knüpfen und Beziehungen zu Streamern aufbauen und pflegen
  • Kreativer Blick für gute Content Creator und potenzielle Streaming-Talente
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Was dich erwartet
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und aktiver Austausch mit unseren Community Managern, um unsere Streamer:innen und Zuschauer:innen zu begeistern und zu aktivieren
  • Entwicklung zum LOVOO Live-Expert:in – du kennst alle Funktionen, Best Practices und Trends rund um das Feature
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, um Inhalte aktuell, kreativ und ansprechend zu gestalten
  • Aktives Scouting neuer Streaming-Talente innerhalb der App und Kontaktaufnahme mit vielversprechenden Creator:innen
  • Regelmäßige Zeit in der App verbringen, um Nutzeraktivitäten zu beobachten und mit der Community in Verbindung zu bleiben
  • Selbstbewusst an Livestreams teilnehmen, auch vor der Kamera, um Präsenz zu zeigen und mit der Community in Interaktion zu treten
  • Erstellung visueller Assets für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Design-Team
