Dein Beitrag:

  • ​Du führst ein internationales Team aus Developern, Qualitätssicherung, DevOps und Scrum Mastern durch den agilen Entwicklungsprozess.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Einarbeitung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter und definierst Rekrutierungsstandards und -prozesse.
  • Du skalierst die agilen Prozesse innerhalb der Abteilung, teilst das Team in drei eigenständige Scrum Teams auf und integrierst internationale Kollegen.
  • Du koordinierst und setzt die technischen Voraussetzungen um und arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine reibungslose Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft sicherzustellen.
  • Außerdem konzipierst und bereitest du den Vorstandsbeschluss zur teilweisen Entschlüsselung vor und übernimmst die technische Umsetzung und Verifikation.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), oder Studium in der IT, z. B. Informatik, Computer Science oder Software Engineering 
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Scrum Entwicklungsteams, Anwendung von Scrum-Methoden, und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Desktopentwicklung in Frontend, Backend, oder auch Full-Stack
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Programmiersprachen und Technologien (z. B. HTML5, CSS / SASS und JavaScript oder TypeScript, Java, Go), Erfahrung im Bereich DevOps und Cloud sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenzen, runden Dein Profil ab
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamorientierung und sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
