Deine Aufgaben

Hands-on Du bist mitten im operativen Tagesgeschäft tätig und unterstützt das Team bei den täglichen Herausforderungen um die perfekte Customer Journey zu ermöglichen.

Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest du im After Sales daran unsere Abläufe zu optimieren und steigerst damit die Kundenzufriedenheit.

Du unterstützt das Customer Success Team in der Betreuung neuer und bestehender Kund:innen und stehst als Ansprechpartner:in für ihre Zufriedenheit zur Seite.

Du hast vollen Fokus auf die Performance im After Sales und analysierst die vorhandenen Daten und entwickelst darauf basierend ganzheitliche Anwendungen, um unsere internen Abläufe zu optimieren und damit den Erfolg des Teams zu steigern.

Du bringst 10-15 Stunden pro Woche mit, um der Werkstudententätigkeit nachzugehen.



Anforderungen

Du studierst im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/ BWL oder einer anderen angrenzenden Fachrichtung.

Autos haben Dir nicht nur als Kind Spaß bereitet, Du zeigst heute noch Begeisterung dafür, auch im digitalen Bereich. 

Du bist kommunikativ, besitzt ein sicheres Auftreten und hast gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.

Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund:innen ist Dir eine Herzensangelegenheit und Du hast eine Vision, wie man diese fördert und zu einem besseren Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse gelangt.

Ganz wichtig: Humor und Empathie hast Du auch und Dir macht es Spaß in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten.

Wir sind ein internationales Team, weshalb überzeugende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse unerlässlich für uns sind.
