Was dich erwartet

Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise qualité au service de projets et accompagner l'introduction de nouveaux produits dans un environnement pharmaceutique ?

En tant que QA Manager – Projects & Processes, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans la gestion des projets en accompagnant le développement de nouveaux produits jusqu'à leur commercialisation ainsi que dans l'amélioration des processus qualité

  • Définir, déployer et piloter la stratégie qualité relative à l'introduction de nouveaux produits en lien avec les différentes fonctions (PMO, Développement, Production, Engineering).
  • Accompagner les équipes projet et les fonctions support dans la mise en œuvre des exigences qualité tout au long du cycle de vie produit, en collaboration avec les clients.
  • Assurer la qualification des équipements et la validation des procédés, en veillant au respect des standards internes et réglementaires.
  • Gérer l'équipe de validation de nettoyage et définir les stratégies de nettoyage / validation associées.
  • Assurer le suivi des processus qualité (déviations, change control, CAPA, …) et être le référent qualité dans son domaine d'expertise.
  • Piloter les plans d'amélioration continue des processus qualité et favoriser la standardisation des pratiques.
  • Animer une culture qualité forte au sein de l'équipe en favorisant la communication, la formation et la responsabilisation.
Um diese Rolle erfolgreich zu meistern, suchen wir nach folgenden Qualifikationen:
  • Master en Sciences de la vie ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la qualité, idéalement dans un environnement pharmaceutique (GMP, 21CFR, etc.).
  • Solide connaissance des référentiels qualité.
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus industriels et des méthodologies projet.
  • Compétences managériales reconnues.
