Our Vacancy
In order to strengthen and support our international Recruitment Team at our headquarters in Cologne/Germany, we are looking for a French-speaking full-time colleague with at least 5 years of professional experience ideally in an international context and in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • As part of project tendering for international development projects and in collaboration with our technical and acquisition departments
  • Evaluation and Analysis of Tender requirements
  • Active sourcing of expert staff
  • Liaison with technical departments to determine suitability of applicants
  • Team compilation and presentation
  • In collaboration with our experts, preparation of CVs

Tasks In Support Of The Full Recruitment Life-cycle Including

  • Creating and posting job adverts on various channels
  • Screening of resumes and scheduling of interviews; making initial assessments
  • Maintaining and updating candidate database and records

Required Expertise / Your Profile

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5 years professional experience, ideally in an international context and in talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - fluent in English and French.
  • Spanish is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of publicly funded international development projects is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment – practical mindset
  • IT-competent (MS 365, MS Teams, social media, professional networks, LINKED-IN…)
