Your key role:

  • Contact person and advisor for questions relating to individual and collective labour law for management, the HR department and the works council
  • Advising and supporting management and stakeholders in matters of labour law and personnel policy
  • Coordinating with co-determination bodies, safeguarding rights and responsibility for labour law disputes
  • Providing labour law advice and participating in projects involving relocations, integrations and restructuring

Your profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with relevant experience in labour law
  • Highly meticulous and organised approach to work
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility in challenging situations
  • Good written and spoken German and English
