Weavii is on a mission to transform the artistic ecosystem by empowering artists to thrive both professionally and economically, fostering a vibrant community of emerging artists and streamlining collaboration with businesses. As we prepare for our next big milestones and grow our community in Berlin, we're looking for a motivated
Community Engagement Volunteer

to support our social media and event activities. If you love creativity, community and want to be part of a meaningful cultural movement, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Attend Weavii and other local arts events to capture live content and create behind-the-scenes moments, stories, and creative highlights.
  • Support our Social Media Manager by engaging with the community online: replying to comments and DMs, reposting community content, and strengthening our artist-first presence.
  • Assist our Business Development with Weavii events logistics and promotion.
  • Help discover and recruit emerging artists to join Weavii and participate in short discovery interviews, both online and in-person.
  • Provide light administrative support during artist outreach campaigns or local partnerships.
  • Be a connector: introduce people to Weavii, listen to creators' stories, and support the artistic community we're building.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Berlin, available a few hours per week (including some evenings/weekends).
  • Passionate about art, culture, or community-building.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident, talking to new people.
  • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to capture and share content.
  • Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a creative startup environment.
