Senior Consultant SEO

What we look for:You develop and implement on-page (technical, structural & content) and off-page measures in close cooperation with our UX, SEA and Social Media Experts.You apply a holistic approach to SEO - from technical optimization to AI-supported content creation and structured data for LLM visibility. You identify, qualify and leverage digital marketing potential for our customer portfolio to develop and implement tailored and efficient digital marketing strategies which are focused on SEO.You manage complex multiproduct campaigns in collaboration with other Digital Experts responsible for different marketing channels.You work together with our Advanced Data Analytics experts to further scale the automation of our analyses and our proprietary AI solutions.You assess and analyze search demand and user behavior developments across classic and AI-based search environments (e.g. LLMs, Search Generative Experiences) and derive business impact. You manage, report and improve SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ad-hoc and ongoing basis.You continuously monitor the evolving search landscape - including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven search - and translate emerging trends into actionable strategies. You share your valuable knowledge by conducting both external and internal workshops and pitches as well as mentoring Associates. What we require:You have a university degree with outstanding achievements in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field with excellent grades (understanding of a programming language and Master's degree or MBA are of advantage).You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a digital marketing environment with a strong focus on SEO, ideally in a consulting environment.You have a deep understanding of the SEO toolkit (e.g. GSC, GA, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).You are familiar with AI-based SEO tools, prompt engineering, or generative content optimization for LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude). You demonstrate high analytical abilities and can translate data signals from multiple platforms (Search, GEO, LLMs, Analytics) into actionable recommendations.You possess a strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit.You have a passion for emerging search technologies such as GEO, LLMs, and AI-driven optimization, and you are eager to experiment and learn. You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.You have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly.You are fluent in English and German.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
