Unser Mandant zählt zu den etablierten Beratungsadressen für mittelständische wie international agierende Unternehmen und begleitet seine Mandanten bei Transaktionen, strategischen Entscheidungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen. Sie erwartet ein professionelles Umfeld, das unternehmerisches Denken fördert und Raum für Gestaltung bietet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des M&A-Advisory-Geschäfts am Standort Hamburg
  • Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Transaktionen – von der Strukturierung und Bewertung über die Verhandlungsführung bis zur Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Aktiver Ausbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu C-Level-Entscheider:innen sowie institutionellen Investor:innen zur Mandatsgewinnung
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung erfahrener Mitarbeitender und Etablierung einer leistungs- und werteorientierten Teamkultur
  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftsperspektiven und Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsportfolios
  • Strategische Positionierung des Bereichs im Markt, inklusive Thought Leadership und Standortentwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Projektverantwortung in der M&A-Beratung
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Leitung komplexer Transaktionen auf Partner- oder Director-Level
  • Belastbares Netzwerk auf Entscheider-Ebene und hohe Marktpräsenz
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz und souveräne Leadership-Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Integrität, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Strukturen, Zusammenarbeit und Kultur aktiv voranzutreiben
