As a product engineer you will have a crucial role of forming the product starting with collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to plan new features, through taking responsibility in efficiently delivering planned features and roll them out securely to a fast growing number of users.

Ihre Aufgaben

1. You will be architecting, implementing, and delivering application workflows
2. In addition, you will actively drive technical direction in the Quality aspects of the Product such as performance, scalability, standardisation, testability.
3. Contributing to reusable company standards (APIs / Components / workflows)
4. You will be taking a key role in collaborating with Developers and POs and Customer support to ensure continuous delivery of a high-quality product.
5. R&D topics that require ingenious solutions that may involve AI / Agentic workflows
6. Integrating new modules to speed up operations such as: Auditing, Onboarding etc.

Ihr Profil

1. 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
2. Proven Expertise and passion in building well-thought through product features, where you drove the solution finding
3. Fullstack development experience - building both backend and frontend delivering end-to-end business features to production
4. Experience leading technical direction by example
5. Passion for creating performant and reusable software components
6. Designing APIs (REST or GraphQL), writing structured documentation deciding on component responsibilities shall not be a challenge
7. Coding best practices up your sleeves, can deliver on a personal level and have proven record that you can develop the efficiency of the whole team
8. You have an eye for quality and efficiently use & promote a variety testing practices that ensure successful dliveries
9. Comfortable handling of CI/CD systems that you used to deliver past projects
10. You are interested and passionate about making data-driven decisions and doing the necessary data analysis in this regard
11. Good communication skills with both POs and Developers
12. You speak English (C1) either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team
13. Experience with Containers (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker swarm)
14. You efficiently use AI to make you productive

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience working at a startup/scaleup is a big plus
• Experience with AWS / Terraform / ansible
• German B2+
