B2B Marketing Manager

As a B2B Marketing Manager at Chrono24, you will play a key role in driving engagement and growth within our global network of professional watch dealers. You will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with over 3,500 partners worldwide and position Chrono24 as the leading marketplace for watch professionals.
In this role, you will develop lifecycle marketing activities and collaborate closely with product and sales teams to support key product marketing initiatives. Your work will help ensure that every interaction with our professional audience reflects Chrono24's premium positioning and drives measurable impact
- Support the implementation of Chrono24's global B2B marketing initiatives to drive dealer engagement, satisfaction, and growth
- Plan and execute lifecycle marketing and content campaigns
- Develop targeted, data-informed messaging that strengthens loyalty and positions Chrono24 as the preferred platform for professional sellers
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to plan and execute product marketing activities that drive awareness and adoption of new features
- Create and manage B2B content across multiple touchpoints, including onboarding materials, trade marketing collateral, and promotional assets
- Contribute to trade marketing efforts, events, sponsorships, and comarketing activities that deepen dealer engagement
- Trackand report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
- Ensure all B2B marketing activities align with Chrono24's brand identity and global business objectives
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Solid background in B2B marketing within a platform, marketplace, or SaaS environment
- CRM & Email Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience executing email and lifecycle campaigns using tools such as Braze or similar platforms
- Product Marketing Focus: Ability to translate product features into compelling messaging and partner-facing campaigns
- Content & Communication Skills: Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with an aptitude for creating clear, impactful B2B communications
- Strategic Execution: Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering effective, integrate campaigns
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and brand teams in an international setting
- Global Perspective: Experience executing marketing initiatives across different regions and cultures
- Affinity for Luxury & Watches: Appreciation for the luxury watch industry and its professional ecosystem is a strong plus
