About the Role

As an SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Manufacturing Senior Consultant, you will drive large-scale global supply chain and manufacturing transformation programs for LTIMindtree's clients. Leveraging deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA—particularly across MM, PP, QM, EWM, and IBP modules—you will design, architect, and deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions.

This pivotal role combines hands-on configuration, strategic client advisory, and leadership to ensure delivery excellence across multinational project teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into future-state SAP architectures aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead design and blueprinting phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid) across Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes—Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, and Extended Warehouse Management.
• Define end-to-end supply chain architecture, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, shop floor execution, inventory, and logistics.
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable and integrated SAP solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, Clean Core, and enterprise architecture principles.

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders (COOs, Supply Chain Directors, Manufacturing Heads) throughout their S/4HANA transformation journey.
• Lead and facilitate fit-to-standard, gap analysis, and blueprinting workshops with global stakeholders.
• Articulate the value of SAP S/4HANA innovations (Fiori UX, Embedded Analytics, SAP BTP integration, IoT/Industry 4.0) with a focus on balancing strategic outcomes and technical feasibility.

Delivery Excellence & Execution

• Provide leadership and SME support to cross-functional delivery teams (functional, technical, data, and integration).
• Oversee all project lifecycle stages—configuration, testing (Unit/SIT/UAT), data migration, change management, and transition to AMS.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement leveraging S/4HANA functionalities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience & Industry Background

• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience in functional consulting or solution architecture roles, focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing (MM, PP, QM, EWM, IBP).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including two full end-to-end implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes and integration with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Proven consulting experience managing clients, teams, and offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Experience with SAP Analytics solutions (e.g., Datasphere, Business Data Cloud) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, GxP) preferred.
