Gameplay Programmer – Unreal Engine (VR)

Munich – On-site only | up to €55,000

We're looking for a talented Gameplay Programmer to join an innovative studio building high-fidelity VR training simulations. This role is 100% on-site in Munich, working with Unreal Engine 5 to create realistic, immersive, and technically impressive gameplay systems.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement core gameplay systems using C++ and Unreal Engine 5
  • Develop intuitive VR interactions and physics-based gameplay
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to bring immersive experiences to life

Must-haves

  • 3+ years' professional experience as a Gameplay Programmer
  • Strong C++ skills
  • Proven experience with Unreal Engine (ideally UE5)
