Global POS and Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company's success in the division for small domestic home appliances (PCP). Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Owns / continuously builds up POS/Trade Mkt Excellence for PCP Global (shopper insights,local execution processes, retailer requirements,test methods)
  • Collaborates with all Category BrandCom teams on POS concepts/toolkits, ensures consistent quality. Acts in close collaboration w/ CoE Retail Design
  • Develops POS Target Pictures with all category and product development teams for all store types in collaboration with country teams
  • Steers global POS agency and organizes agency pitch, monitors Retail Design trends, analyze performance metrics and make strategic recommendations
  • Develops global Fit for use PoS toolkits, ensures local implementation/branded touchpoint execution, enables countries via training/workshops
Your profile
  • Bachelor or University degree in the field of Marketing / Communication or comparable qualification, e.g. PoS / trade marketing agency background
  • Experienced in global brand communication management, ideally with expertise in international POS / trade Marketing
  • Experienced and open minded for working in global team set-up as well as experienced in steering different internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative, passionate, proactive, involving team player, strong communication skills
