Was Dich erwartet:

•    Du arbeitest während Deines Praktikums eigenverantwortlich an der Konzeption und Analyse von strategischen HR-Projekten im internationalen Kontext

•    Du unterstützt das Team bei der Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Betriebsräten und wirkst so an Betriebsvereinba-rungen mit.

•    Du hilfst uns operative Maßnahmen in unserem Geschäftsbereich umzusetzen.

•    Du gestaltest unseren Vodafone Spirit aktiv mit.

•    Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu nationalen und internationalen HR- Fachabteilungen und lernst so die Bandbreite internationaler Personalarbeit kennen.

Was Dich auszeichnet:

•    Du bist für die Dauer des Praktikums immatrikuliert und möchtest ein freiwilliges oder Pflichtpraktikum bei uns machen. 

•    Du studierst (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, eine sozial- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliche oder eine vergleichba-re Fachrichtung mit guter Studienleistung. 

•    Du hast eine hohe Affinität für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Spaß an der Teamarbeit.

•    Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

•    Du treibst mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in MS- Office eigenverantwortlich Projekte voran.

•    Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

•    Du lebst mit uns den Vodafone Spirit, bist engagiert, offen und hast Lust auf neue Herausforderungen.
