Die AI-Z Group ist eine Boutique-Beratung für KI-Strategie, Transformation und Prozessautomatisierung mit Sitz in Stuttgart. Wir begleiten Unternehmen von der Potenzialanalyse über die technische Umsetzung bis zur aktiven Nutzung von KI in ihrer täglichen Wertschöpfung.

Unsere Projekte verbinden moderne Web-Technologien, automatisierte Prozesse und KI-gestützte Lösungen. Wir entwickeln Systeme, die nicht im Konzept steckenbleiben, sondern im operativen Alltag unserer Kunden wirken.

Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Entwicklungs- und Delivery-Bereichs suchen wir eine Person, die Technologie liebt, Geschwindigkeit aushält und KI als Turbo für das eigene Können nutzt.

Deine Aufgaben


• Entwicklung moderner Web-Frontends, Microtools und Interfaces


• Automatisierung & Integration von Systemen, Datenquellen und APIs


• Nutzung von KI zur Beschleunigung von Architektur, Entwicklung, Debugging und Testing


• Aufbau modularer Komponenten, die mehrfach einsetzbar sind


• Unterstützung bei Kundenprojekten rund um KI-gestützte Prozessautomatisierung


• Schnelles Prototyping, Validierung und produktiver Rollout neuer Funktionen


• Zusammenarbeit mit CTO, Consulting und Schulungsteam, um Technologie, Ausbildung und Umsetzung nahtlos zu verbinden

Dein Profil


• Starke Entwickler-Skills in modernen Web-Technologien (z. B. JavaScript/TypeScript, React oder Vergleichbares)


• Ownership-Mentalität: Du baust Dinge, die laufen – nicht nur Proof-of-Concepts


• KI als Entwicklungs- & Produktivitätshebel ist für dich selbstverständlich


• Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und strukturiertes Arbeiten


• Interesse an datensouveränen KI-Setups, Edge-Deployments & lokalen Modellen


• Fähigkeit, technische Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar zu kommunizieren


• Erfahrung mit Automationsplattformen, API-Strukturen, Datenverarbeitung oder KI-Modellen


• Verständnis für DevOps, Deployment, Containerisierung oder Microservices
