Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest einen eigenen Marketing Etat mit Skalierungspotenzial
  • Du entwickelst datenbasierte Skalierungsstrategien für wachstumsstarke D2C-Brands und steuerst deren Umsetzung über Meta, TikTok & Co.
  • Du analysierst Performance-Daten und optimierst Budgets, Kampagnen und Creatives entlang klarer KPIs (z. B. ROAS, CAC...)
  • Du entwickelst eine strukturierte Testing-Roadmap für Creatives und leitest daraus Learnings für zukünftige Kampagnen ab
  • Du konzipierst und erstellst Creatives für Paid Social Kampagnen auf Meta, TikTok & Co.
  • Du briefst Shootings von Creator Content
  • Du managest die Kundenkommunikation und - Beziehung
Qualifikation
  • Du hast mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Paid Social Performance Marketer, hast Strategien erarbeitet und umgesetzt
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Werbung / Kommunikation / Marketing
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden in einer Agentur gesammelt
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und hast den gewissen Drive den es braucht, um deine Kunden zu skalieren
  • Du bist Creative-affin und es macht dir Spaß, hierauf deinen Fokus in der Optimierung zu legen
