Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) – Nordenham

Driving Excellence and Innovation in the Supply Chain
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing supply chain activities at our Nordenham site. You will ensure professional order processing and timely delivery of goods, oversee procurement processes, and optimize logistics and kitting operations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards in efficiency, quality, and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Leading and managing various departments with a total of approximately 50 employees.

•    Ensuring the timely provision of all goods and items at the Nordenham site.

•    Facilitating smooth communication and coordination with specialist departments.

•    Customer service: Ensuring correct order processing and customer management.

•    Cross-site communication: Ensuring effective communication, especially with Category Management.

•    On-time delivery: Ensuring timely delivery of all goods.

•    Monitoring procurement processes and supplier management.

•    Coordination and alignment: Ensuring smooth coordination with departments and customers.

•    Capacity adjustment: Adapting capacities according to order volume, e.g., through warehouse expansions.

•    Optimization of assembly workstations: Continuously improving assembly workstations with a focus on efficiency, ergonomics, and quality.

•    Personnel capacity planning: Proactively planning personnel capacities in coordination with the assigned leadership.

•    Driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
You will report to the Director, Accessories Plant Nordenham, and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations. This position is based in Nordenham and includes occasional travel.

Experienced Leader (m/f/d) with a Passion for Supply Chain Management
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual (m/f/d) with a passion for supply chain management. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to inspire and motivate your team. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

You also bring:

•    A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

•    Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

•    Solid knowledge of customer service, procurement processes, and supplier management.

•    Experience with logistics and kitting operations.

•    Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

•    Experience in communicating with various departments and customers.
