Minimum Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor or Master's in Electrical / Computer Engineering, or equivalent strong experience.
Ability to fluently speak and write in English.
Have been in contact with DFT activities (MBIST, SCAN, ATPG etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
You understand DfT specifications and driving DfT architecture and methods for designs.
You got in touch with Verilog and / or VHDL, and have experienced simulators and waveform debugging tools.
You love conducting experiments during silicon debug, capturing and analyzing data; and utilize scripting..
