Location: Berlin preferred, remote possible

Compensation: Unpaid internship with potential for a six month contract

You will join a small creative team that cares deeply about taste, research, and clarity. We welcome people who think carefully, speak with presence, and approach storytelling with curiosity.

The Role

This internship supports the development of our new educational video series. The series explores interiors, design history, and the quiet philosophies behind how people shape their spaces.

Your role sits at the heart of this work. You will help research topics, write scripts, shape visual references, and support the full creation of each episode.

This is a meaningful path for someone who wants to grow in long form content, on camera storytelling, design education, or creative direction.

You Will

Research and Writing

•
Explore interior design, architecture, and furniture topics and turn them into simple ideas that feel accessible

• Draft scripts that feel warm, clear, and rooted in knowledge

• Build outlines and topic proposals with thoughtful references

• Gather aesthetic images that support each episode's mood and message

Creative Development

• Help build treatment style documents for each episode

• Assist with structuring the creative assets needed for shoots

• Shape the visual and emotional tone in collaboration with our Creative Director and Berlin based Production Lead

On Camera Preparation

• Support the process of preparing talking head reads

• Review framing, lighting, and the quiet presence that defines our brand

• Give small notes to help refine clarity, pacing, and delivery

Production Support

• Help review early cuts and select moments that strengthen the final piece

• Support file organization and asset handoffs

• Contribute to shaping the first finished episodes of this new series

Who You Are

• You care about design and enjoy learning why spaces feel the way they do

• Your voice is calm, thoughtful, and comfortable on camera, or you are excited to practice

• You write with clarity and understand how to teach ideas simply

• You bring a steady presence and communicate with care

• You are organized and able to manage multiple small steps in a project

• You enjoy both the creative and research side of content creation

• You have a natural sense of visual taste and know how to select images that feel cohesive

Preferred Backgrounds

• Studying or recently graduated in interior design, architecture, furniture design, media, communications, or a related creative field

• Comfortable speaking on camera or open to coaching

• Experience writing scripts, research summaries, or educational content

• Familiar with simple filming setups for clean talking head footage

• Bonus: familiarity with design history, theory, or spatial storytelling

• Thoughtfully sourced visual references that elevate the episode's tone
