Job Description:

Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:

  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Business Continuity Management (BCM)-Plänen sowie Durchführung von Notfallübungen und Tests zur Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken, um den Geschäftsbetrieb zu schützen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden und Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen für umfassende BCM-Prozesse.
  • Erstellung von Berichten über den Status und die Wirksamkeit der BCM-Programme für das Management.
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance mit gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
  • Unterstützung und Vertretung des BCM-Koordinators im Notfall-/Krisenstab.

Dein Profil – Damit begeisterst Du uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Continuity Management.
  • Vertrautheit mit BCM-Standards wie ISO 22301 und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten um Risiken zu erkennen, bewerten und abwehren zu können
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit und Schulung.
  • Fähigkeit zur schnellen Problemlösung in stressigen Situationen und Detailorientierung bei der Planung.
  • Gutes Verständnis von IT-Systemen und deren Rolle in der Geschäftskontinuität, Kenntnisse in ARIS wären wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein MUSS
