Senior Manager (m/w/d) Planning & Management DSE Technology Unit

Die Position
In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine führende Rolle bei der finanziellen Steuerung der TU in Europa. Sie beraten die TU-Leitung strategisch, gestalten Finanzprozesse aktiv mit und tragen maßgeblich zu Entscheidungen bei – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern, insbesondere aus Japan.

Angaben Zur Tätigkeit

  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasts, CAPEX/OPEX-Steuerung und Headcount-Planung
  • Führende Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting, KPI-Dashboards und Controlling-Prozessen
  • Strategische Beratung der TU-Leitung und Funktionsverantwortlichen in finanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Koordination von Finanzprozessen innerhalb der TU
  • Abstimmung mit globalen Finance-, HR- und Controlling-Funktionen
  • Sicherstellung konsistenter Reports, Analysen und Audit-Fähigkeit
  • Unterstützung strategischer Initiativen und Change-Prozesse (z. B. Project 4D, ProPEL, SAP S/4HANA)
  • Verantwortung für Compliance, Governance und Business Continuity

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; gerne MBA oder Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise im Pharma- oder Life-Science-Umfeld
  • Sicher im Umgang mit SAP (FI/CO), S4HANA Finance, Excel, Power BI und modernen Reporting-Tools
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzprozessen, Projektsteuerung und Investitionsplanung
  • Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen und internationalen Schnittstellen von Vorteil

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, auch im internationalen Kontext
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch; gute Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert
