As Head of Influencer Sales Marketing DACH (m/f/d), you take full ownership of one of Creamy Fabrics' central growth and revenue ecosystems and elevate our influencer sales power in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to the next level. You ensure that creator marketing is not only visible but significantly drives revenue, profitability, and market share.

WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US

• Proven experience as Head of Influencer Marketing, Head of Creator Marketing, or in a comparable senior growth/sales role in a rapidly scaling fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand

• Deep expertise in building, scaling, and optimizing creator sales structures, performance funnels, and revenue processes

• Strong leadership personality with experience in KPI management, profitability control, and performance leadership

• Excellent understanding of the DACH influencer landscape, regional dynamics, and platform culture

• Highly analytical, data-driven, and structured, with the ability to translate KPIs into clear commercial actions and growth paths

• Proficient in budget control, creator tools, KPI tracking, Google Sheets, and project management software

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus

• Hands-on mentality, decisiveness, and an energy that inspires teams to peak performance

• Responsibility for the entire influencer sales, revenue, and performance ecosystem in the DACH region

• Leading, coaching, and strategically developing a growing team of researchers, hunters, and farmers with clear sales ownership

• Building a scalable, data-driven creator revenue funnel that combines quality, profitability, and growth

• Developing a holistic growth, campaign, and creator strategy that maximizes sales, conversion, and market share

• Managing all campaigns including revenue goals, profitability, KPI architecture, budget efficiency, and performance optimization

• Defining and implementing efficient processes, tools, and reporting structures for sustainable revenue growth

• Close collaboration with social media, brand, performance marketing, marketplace, and management to ensure a unified, sales-driven go-to-market strategy

• Analyzing trends, platforms, competitors, and creator segments to identify new revenue, scaling, and market potentials

• Building a strong team culture and vision for influencer sales in one of the most dynamic regions

• Strategic partner to management for creator sales, performance, profitability, and brand growth
