Join our small, experienced team as a Site Reliability Engineer (M/F/D) and help shape the backbone of our SaaS platform. We work on equal footing, managing and evolving both our product and development infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with our software engineers, driving reliability, automation, and performance across all stages of development.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee cloud application architecture, help identify design flaws, and advise developers in feature developmentImprove and further automate our operational processesMaintain our SaaS platform and development infrastructureImprove monitoring and logging infrastructure regarding availability, reliability, performance and securityImplement documentation, processes and tooling for cloud incident handlingRemediate service disruptions and identify root causes in close collaboration with developersProvide technical guidance to non-technical teams
Our Requirements
A passion for observability, reliability and performanceStrong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and managing scaled cloud systems with a focus on automationProfound knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and AnsibleSoftware development experience in PythonKnowledge about DevOps and SRE best-practicesStrong communication abilities and willingness to share knowledge with the rest of the engineering teamGood knowledge of software design principles, networking and security practicesGood verbal and written communication abilities in English
