How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Als leitender Konstrukteur für das proprietäre Gerätedesign unterstützen Sie unsere Produktlinien bei der Entwicklung von Technologie- und Produkt-Roadmaps für Neuprojekte.
  • Sie analysieren Verträge im Hinblick auf die benötigte mechanische Ausrüstung, planen und koordinieren den Arbeitseinsatz und definieren die erforderlichen Standards.
  • Mit technischem Sachverstand und geschultem Blick fürs Detail übertragen Sie das Prozesskonzept in einen kosteneffizienten ersten Entwurf.
  • Dank Ihrer interdisziplinären Koordination greift dabei ein Rad ins andere – von der Codeberechnung über FEA und CFD bis hin zur Verfahrens- bzw. Werkstofftechnik.
  • Auf Basis des Prozessdatenblattes erstellen Sie in SolidWorks alle erforderlichen 3-D-Modelle, sowie Leit - und Detailzeichnungen
  • Ebenso versiert führen Sie die konstruktionsbezogenen Berechnungen durch, u. a. zu Toleranzen, thermischen Ausdehnungen und Wandstärken.
  • Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie technische Dokumentenpakete für Anfragen und Bestellungen und werten fachkundig Angebote aus.
  • Da liegt es auf der Hand, dass wir auch bei der Prüfung und Freigabe von Herstellerdokumenten auf Ihren technischen Sachverstand vertrauen.
  • Kommunikationsstark klären Sie mit Herstellern und Lieferanten die technischen Angebotskonditionen und garantieren eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit.
  • Weiterhin auf Ihrer Agenda: Die Leitung von Pre-Manufacturing- und Pre-Inspection-Meetings sowie im Bedarfsfall die weltweite Inspektion von Lieferantenwerkstätten und Baustellen.

Are you a match?

  • Erfolgreiches Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, alternativ eine Berufsausbildung als technischer Zeichner / Konstrukteur im Anlagenbau
  • Umfassende Berufspraxis in der chemischen/petrochemischen Industrie oder im Energiesektor
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Konstruktion und Auslegung von Druckbehältern ist zwingend erforderlich, Erfahrungen mit Reaktoren und Wärmetauschern sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Bearbeitung, im Umgang mit Toleranzen sowie in der Werkstofftechnik und deren Anwendung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Bewandert in der Berechnung und Spezifizierung nach gängigen Konstruktionsvorschriften, z. B. ASME Section VIII, AD 2000 und DIN EN 13445
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SolidWorks
  • Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
