About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Lead Document Controller
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily documentation activities across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all document-related processes. You will act as the key contact for client document control teams, supporting quality management, process improvement, and digital tool implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily documentation workflows using dedicated Document Management Systems (DMS) such as
    Imagine PDM/IM2, UNIFIER, and Think Project
    .
  • Maintain and update Master Document Lists (MDL), generate progress reports, and conduct document issue checks.
  • Ensure that all document control activities comply with project requirements, company standards, and quality procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all document management-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth integration of document control processes across multiple projects.
  • Uphold high standards of quality control by adhering to established checklists and maintaining accurate quality records.
  • Promote and practice proactive
    Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
    awareness, identifying and mitigating risks in daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years of hands-on experience
    in Document Management, preferably within engineering, construction, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience working with
    German energy network operators
    is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in DMS tools such as
    Imagine PDM/IM2, UNIFIER, Think Project
    (or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and client teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    German
    language skills are a plus.
