For our boutique in Hamburg , we offer a Retail Sales Apprenticeship starting August 2026 and are looking for dedicated talents with passion and drive, who are eager to start their career in retail.
- Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience by rotating through various departments within our boutique
  • Support both front-of-house (sales floor) and back-of-house operations
  • Learn key retail processes such as customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Apply classroom learnings directly in a luxury retail environment
  • Receive personalized training and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Maison Christian Dior, ensuring every client feels welcome and valued
  • Prepare for a potential role as a Sales Associate upon successful completion of the program

  • Profile

  • Successfully completed secondary school education (Mittlerer Schulabschluss or equivalent)

  • Passion for retail and enthusiasm for the world of Maison Christian Dior
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, positive mindset
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
