What you will do
- Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules
- Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development
- Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made
- Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes
- Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities
Who you are
- At least 4 years experience in Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform
- Experience in developing high-quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating Salesforce systems with third-party systems for enterprises using SOAP, and RESTFUL Services
- Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the Salesforce environment
- Familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel
- Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript
