As
a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/
d) at Sentronics Metrology in Mannheim, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product strategy for our high-precision optical metrology solutions in the global semiconductor market. You will work closely with international customers and cross-functional internal teams to define the product roadmap, lead development initiatives, and ensure that our solutions meet market and customer needs. With your strong technical background and market awareness, you will translate customer requirements into product features, support go-to-market activities, and drive product success across its entire lifecycle. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the innovation and global positioning of Sentronics (a Nova Company) in the semiconductor industry.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead product development activities to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery with clear customer value.
- Manage the product roadmap in alignment with cross-functional teams, defining deliverables, features, and priorities across the full product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to ensure timely achievement of all development milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive technical product documentation throughout all development stages.
- Lead alpha and beta phases, including the planning and execution of product testing.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making within the division.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including the preparation of targeted sales enablement materials.
- Plan and execute field marketing and pre-sales initiatives in close cooperation with the business group.
Requirements:
- Technical degree (preferably Master's) in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in strategically positioning and launching interdisciplinary products in both technical environments and direct customer interactions (min. 3 years).
- Strong communication skills, confident presentation style, and ability to address diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in working within matrix organizations and managing cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Project management knowledge; certification or formal training is a plus.
- Industry experience in the semiconductor sector is desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) and openness to global assignments.
