RF-SOI Expert (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Comprehensively evaluate the RF-SOI process performance through designing test cases to identify process shortcomings.
- Design accurate RF-SOI MOSFET models (including small-signal and large-signal) to enhance the consistency between simulation and measurement.
- Improve the RF-SOI switch performance through process optimization, including insertion loss, harmonics, and power.
Your areas of expertise
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background.
- 10+ years of experience in RF-SOI process for RF Switch, fab experience is prefer.
- Hands on experience of RF-SOI MOSFET models design.
- Hands on experience of RF Switch performance improvement.
- Should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team with good communication skills.
- Should be able to travel to China.
