Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and structuring of technical ship data (e.g., specifications, drawings) using Excel and ABBYY FineReader
  • Verification, review, and assessment of prepared data for completeness and accuracy
  • Creation of digital ship profiles and side views based on provided information, utilizing AutoCAD
  • Integration of processed data into the MACS3 cargo calculator environment and the StowMan stowage planning software
  • Support in the preparation and delivery of ship profiles as well as hardware to internal and external partners
  • Documentation of work steps and maintenance of change logs
  • Close coordination with responsible teams to ensure quality and compliance with defined standards
Requirements:
  • Proficient use of Excel and ideally experience with ABBYY FineReader
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or willingness to learn quickly
  • Technical understanding and attention to detail in data processing
  • Reliable and structured working style
  • Teamwork skills and strong communication
