We are looking for a

Intern/ Trainee Real Estate Property Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of mc Group's own real estate properties in Germany
  • Communication with tenants, external service providers, insurance companies, and public authorities – you are the central point of contact
  • Preparation of financial plans, rental contracts, and service charge statements, as well as handling invoices from external service providers, craftsmen, electricity, telephone, or IT providers
  • Coordination of maintenance, inspections, and operational obligations
  • Regular property inspections
  • Processing insurance claims and defect notifications
  • Managing repair and maintenance measures, including obtaining and reviewing offers

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed training in real estate or commercial business administration
  • Strong commercial understanding and quick comprehension
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation
