Tax Processing Associate

You will be responsible for processing the company Tax agenda according to the Tax laws & regulations set by the Tax Authorities.
This position is suitable for a medior & senior-level candidate.

Location: Germany/ Hybrid – flexible working hours
Salary: EUR 6 000 – EUR 7 000 Gross/ Monthly + other Benefits
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Tax data collection, Tax reporting & Tax processing according to the German Tax Law
- Processing Tax Returns & preparation of Tax calculations related to VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Trade Tax, etc.
- Updating company Tax documentation & reviewing Tax prepayments
- Monitoring Tax Legislation & EU Tax regulations
- Providing regular updates related to Tax liabilities & other tax-related matters to business units
- Ensuring the submission of accurate Tax documentation for Tax Auditing & Tax reporting
- Providing assistance to Tax Auditors – German Tax Office related to Tax Audits.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Experience:
- Min. 3 years of experience working in a similar role in an international company
- Familiar with German Tax Law, Tax Reporting & Tax Compliance principles
- English & German language/ Advanced – C1 proficiency level
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of International Tax Regulations & taxation/ tax workflows
- Advanced degrees or certifications in the Tax field (e.g., Steuerberater – Tax Advisor)
