As Plant Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations of the respective plant. You will take care of the efficient operations, assure quality standards and drive the overall operational performance.

Tasks- Managing the daily operations together with a highly motivated team (up to 250 people and 80 Mio Eur Revenue)
- Ensure the achievement of the manufacturing targets (Output, efficiency, quality and health & safety, financial performance)
- Responsible for Budgeting, Investments and respective resource planning
- Driving and further development of lean management
- Development of the organization including Change Management, talent management and bench strength
- Close cooperation with regional management as well as with the sales team
- Compliance with highest safety standards
- Completed technical degree or comparable technical training with further education
- Several years of experience in a management position in a manufacturing environment,
- Experience in leading larger teams as well as hands-on mentality
- Proven track record in optimizing production processes and developing a production area
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional resilience in challenging situations
- Driving Lean Management, CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), 5S, Kaizen, and other common continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a high degree of assertiveness and the ability to successfully implement change
- Background in plastics technology/industry/manufacturing is an advantage
- Knowledge of German regulatory affairs and respective legislation
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Experience with private equity is an advantage
