Operations Team Leader – Credit, Leasing & Purchasing

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll oversee a motivated operational team working across credit decisions, leasing workflows, quality assurance, and purchasing-related processes. You'll act as a point of escalation, support colleagues with complex cases, provide guidance to automotive retail partners, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll also take ownership of reporting, process improvement, compliance checks, and employee development.
