(Senior) Product Manager (all genders) -Salesforce
Aufgaben
- Drive the execution of Edenred Mobility's productstrategy by defining a clear CRM and SRM vision andaligning the roadmap with business goals
- Collaborate across engineering, finance, customerexcellence, and sales to design impactful, cost-efficient product solutions
- Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation andresearch to delivery, iteration, and optimizationbased on data and feedback
- Translate business needs into precise productspecifications, ensuring quality outcomes throughclose work with Product Owners and Tech Leads
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, communicate key milestones, and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Profil
- Hold a strong academic foundation in Business,Industrial Engineering, or Information Technologyand bring extensive experience in Salesforce productmanagement within innovative, tech-driven environments such as start-ups or scale-ups
- Combine strategic vision with deep, hands-onexpertise in product discovery, user research, agilemethodologies, and prioritization frameworks, usingmodern product management tools
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across alllevels, demonstrating leadership, end-to-endproduct lifecycle management, and a solid understanding of CRM deployment and informationsystem impacts
- Operate with a data-driven, agile, and transformation-oriented mindset, leveraging insights and metricsto guide decisions and drive impact
- Fluent in English, with German or another Europeanlanguage considered a strong advantage
