Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des Datenschutzmanagementsystems gemäß DSGVO und BDSG
  • Sie beraten und schulen Fachabteilungen und Führungskräfte zu datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sie führen Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen und Risikoanalysen durch
  • Sie überwachen die Einhaltung von wettbewerbs- und kartellrechtlichen Vorgaben im Unternehmen und stellen diese sicher
  • Sie entwickeln und implementieren Richtlinien, Prozesse und Kontrollmechanismen zur Sicherstellung der Compliance
  • Sie führen interne Audits und Untersuchungen bei Verdachtsfällen durch
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für externe Datenschutzbehörden
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht sowie im Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrecht
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen, sammeln können
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und haben idealerweise Erfahrung mit Compliance-Management-Software
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
