Deine Aufgaben sind

I Planung und Koordination von Releases innerhalb von Teams und übergreifender Teams

I End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Lieferung von Releases und Inkrementen – von Planung bis Go-Live

I Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereich, der Entwicklung, der Qualitätssicherung und dem Betrieb zu Inhalten, Terminen und Abhängigkeiten

I Transparenz und Reporting zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten gegenüber Stakeholdern

I Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur und dem Bereichsleiter zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Release-Prozesse (z. B. Automatisierung, CI/CD)

I Abstimmung mit Team Leads und Product Ownern zu Engpässen, Risiken und besonderen Anforderungen

I Unterstützung in Incident- & Problem-Management

I Förderung agiler Arbeitsweisen & kontinuierlicher Verbesserung in Delivery- und Release-Prozessen

Das bringst Du mit

I Fachstudium im Bereich der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung

I Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Technologieumfeld, davon 5 Jahre im Projekt- oder Delivery-Management

I Gute Kenntnisse von modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen in Bezug auf SaaS

I Bank & Finanzbranchen-Know-how & Regulatorik-Verständnis sind wünschenswert

I Fundiertes Verständnis von Release-, Deployment- und CI/CD-Prozessen

I Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken – Fokus auf Qualität, Stabilität & Effizienz

I Change- und Team-Führungskompetenz
