Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:
EVENT SUPPORT
Als Mitglied in unserem Sport Event Marketing Team in München unterstützt du ganzjährig die strategische sowie operative Umsetzung von ausgewählten Gaming Events in ganz Deutschland. Du kannst dich bei der Entwicklung von innovativen und einzigartigen Ideen für Gaming- und Esports-Events einbringen und bist an der Realisierung maßgeblich beteiligt. Zudem bist du ein Organisationstalent, das in der Lage ist, Projekte professionell zu planen und umzusetzen. Dabei übernimmst du einen ausgewählten Teil der Events selbständig und lernst alle Bereiche von der Entstehung bis zur Umsetzung komplett kennen.

KOMMUNIKATION
Du kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen und verstehst es, deine Gesprächspartner mitzureißen und sie für unsere Ideen zu begeistern. Es fällt dir leicht, Kontakte aufzubauen und du hast Spaß an konstruktiven Gesprächen. Der Fokus deiner Arbeit liegt auf den Projekten Red Bull M.E.O., Red Bull UPGREAT, Red Bull Player One, unseren Auftritten zur Gamescom und ESL One sowie der Kommunikation mit unseren deutschen Esports-Athleten.

Hier zählen Erfahrung und bisher erbrachte Leistungen Für die Rolle relevant:

  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und internationalen Esports- und Gaming-lnfluencer-Landschaft.
  • Du hast mindestens 1-2 vorangegangene Erfahrungen im Eventbereich (insbesondere Gaming-Veranstaltungen) und erste Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Projektleitung, Projektkoordination oder als Pro-Gamer.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist eingeschrieben an einer Universität oder Hochschule.
  • Du kennst dich mit Microsoft Office Programmen aus.
  • … und zu guter Letzt bringst du dich mit viel Leidenschaft, Humor und der nötigen Gelassenheit schnell in ein Team ein und lachst gerne – auch mal über dich selbst.
