Your Mission
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer's experience and success in mind.

What You'll Do

• Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of:

• Server-operating systems (Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and further)

• Control panel software packs (cPanel, Plesk)
• Networking equipment (switches, firewalls, load balancers, ...)

• Power equipment (rack-PDU, rack-ATS)

• Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English

• Strong command of Linux: You're not panicking when the kernel does.
• Solid experience with hardware: Wherever you go, you never go without your USB-to-RS232 console cable
• Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals: There's no place like
• Familiarity with hosting environments, ideally because you're hosting some application or service yourself
• Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools
