The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a spoon wielding kitchen talent who supports our culinary team with creativity, precision, and love for detail. From modern Italian desserts to upscale fine dining to huge banquets, your sweet creations will leave a lasting impression on our guests.

What your responsibilities are...

• You support the Chef de Partie Pastry in daily operations and take over responsibilities for your section
• You are responsible for mise en place, production, and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
• You contribute your ideas to creative and innovative menu development based on our F&B concept
• You ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency within your area of responsibility
• You maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness according to HAACP guidelines
• You collaborate closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• You enjoy mentoring apprentices and sharing your knowledge and passion for pastry
• You actively contribute to a positive team culture and occasionally support with content for social media

• You already have at least two years of professional experience in the professional kitchens of this world and your focus is pastry
• You bring creativity, precision, and attention to detail to your daily work
• You have a structured, reliable, and quality-oriented work ethic
• Your positive personality, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality make you a valued team member
• You enjoy teamwork and take initiative to support others when needed
• You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
