What you will do:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the Growth team for DACH to ensure high performance, professional growth, and alignment with company objectives. Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).
You successfully built and led teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers or Account Managers
You are a role model and have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your own pipeline (from lead generation to customer success). You achieved and overachieved ambitious sales targets.
You demonstrated that you can leverage customer insights to improve existing products and services in collaboration with other functional teams
You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and are an excellent German speaker
Strong understanding of the German speaking market and business landscape.
You have experience in competitive and fast paced environments, such as consulting, VC or hyper growth start ups
