Your Challenge

The world of user acquisition is being redefined by AI, automating large parts of it through agentic workflows and AI agents. We aren't just adapting to this change; our ambition is to be a team that leads it. To join our team, we're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Growth Marketing Lead focused on mobile user acquisition.Someone, who sees this role as a unique blend of growth marketing, MarTech and data - and who is passionate about shaping the future of Taxfix's user acquisition growth engine. This is an opportunity to build the machine, not just operate it.


Your Responsibilities
  • Own and architect a forward-thinking, privacy-centric user acquisition strategy across key mobile channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AI-driven decision-making and optimization.

  • Drive the performance of our primary mobile acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads) by designing and managing automated systems and agentic workflows to handle day-to-day campaign management and optimization.

  • Own up to 7-digit monthly budgets for mobile UA, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Systematically explore, test, and scale promising new channel opportunities, specifically including Mobile DSPs (Programmatic UA) and advanced Web2App acquisition flows.

  • Foster and drive a culture of high-velocity testing and data-driven learning. You will be responsible for creating experiment roadmaps that allow us to test hypotheses on creative, channel systems, and user flows at a fast pace.

  • Spec and prioritise MarTech and marketing analytics initiatives through crisp problem definitions; co-design measurement, attribution, and tooling that accounts for the complexity of iOS, SKAN (SKAdNetwork), and privacy-preserving measurement methods.

  • Partner with our internal creative studio and performance creative strategist to drive creative optimization and develop highly performing ad creatives at scale.

Your Profile:
  • You have 6+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience across Meta, TikTok and Google UAC, and you have already managed at least 6-digit monthly budgets in these channels. You have a proven track record of scaling subscription apps, improving strategy and processes, and working with the tooling required to do it at speed. You are comfortable running ASA, DSPs and other mobile channels or have enough exposure to pick them up quickly.

  • You possess a deeply analytical mindset, with the ability to handle large datasets to uncover strategic insights. You have proven experience working with and improving advanced marketing measurement methodologies such as MMM, incrementality, MTA, and navigating the challenges of iOS campaign optimization post-IDFA, including expertise with SKAN measurement and best practices.

  • You have a track record of moving beyond manual campaign management. You think in terms of systems, automation, and scalability. You have gained experience with automation platforms, scripting, or have an understanding of marketing APIs.

  • You are highly curious for the AI revolution and its application to marketing. You went beyond just using AI tools and ideally started to think systemically about how to prototype ideas yourself or pair closely with MarTech to ship them.

  • You are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You have a bias for action and an impatience to deliver results, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving projects from conception to completion.

  • You operate with a high-velocity 'test and learn' mentality, rapidly iterating on ideas to uncover what works.

  • You're keen to be in an IC (Individual Contributor) career path and motivated by hands-on impact rather than people management. You're also a strong and collaborative team player, who enjoys mentoring peers.
