Im Mittelpunkt steht die strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, die Sicherstellung einer modernen Cloud- und Netzwerklandschaft sowie die Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten mit Fokus auf Agilität, Virtualisierung und Automatisierung.

In dieser Rolle führst du ein Expertenteam, setzt Standards und sorgst für einen stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsorientierten IT-Betrieb – in einem Umfeld, das Innovation, Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung verbindet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Strategische und operative Leitung der
    Cloud-, Server- und Netzwerk-Infrastruktur
    zur Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Sicherheit
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund
    15 IT-Spezialist:innen
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der
    Cloud- und Netzwerkarchitektur
    (Azure + On-Prem)
  • Einführung und Optimierung von
    Automatisierungsprozessen
    (z. B. Terraform, Ansible)
  • Unterstützung bei der
    Transformation zu einer agilen, modernen IT-Landschaft
  • Sicherstellung von
    Compliance
    ,
    Sicherheitsstandards
    und regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Initiierung, Bewertung und Implementierung
    neuer Technologien
    und Proof-of-Concepts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit
    Fachabteilungen
    und
    Bereichsleitung
    bei Architektur- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen operativen Betrieb und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene
    IT-Ausbildung
    oder
    Studium
    im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der
    IT-Infrastruktur
    (Server, Netzwerk, idealerweise Cloud)
  • Nachweisbare
    Führungserfahrung
    in einem technischen Umfeld (5–10 Mitarbeitende)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in
    Windows Server
    ,
    Netzwerkmanagement
    und
    Virtualisierung
  • Erfahrung mit
    Microsoft Azure
    oder hybriden Cloud-Umgebungen wünschenswert
  • Verständnis für
    Automatisierung
    ,
    Security
    und
    Compliance-Themen
