  • Du bist von Tag eins fest in unser Team integriert, lernst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen spannende Projekte kennen und wächst daran. Begleitet wirst Du dabei durch den ständigen Austausch mit den Kolleg*innen in Deiner direkten Arbeit, aber auch durch Deine*n PDA, der*die Dich im Rahmen Deiner Zeit bei uns unterstützt und Dir hilft, Deine individuellen Entwicklungswünsche zu verwirklichen. Werkstudierende sind bei uns mit ca. 15 – 20 Std pro Woche beschäftigt.

AuFgaben

Brennst Du für diese Themen?
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Erstellung von Benchmarks zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, Trends und Technologien
  • Unterstützung der Consultants bei Kundenprojekten (z. B. Markt‑, Wettbewerbs- oder Zielgruppenanalysen, Datenauswertung)
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Themen und Veranstaltungen (z. B. internen Events, Konferenzen, Workshops)
  • Überarbeitung, Strukturierung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Umfragen (z. B. mit Qualtrics)
  • Praktische Einblicke in Digitalprojekte (z. B. Usability Tests, Research-Aktivitäten, Kunden‑Workshops
  • Recherche und Aufbereitung von Strategien zur AI‑Adoption und AI‑Transformation in Unternehmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Dokumentation digitaler Workflows (z. B. mit ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n und ähnlichen Tools)
  • Optional: Mitarbeit direkt beim Kunden als Teil des Projektteams

Profil

Das hier klingt nach Dir?
  • Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium mit Bezug zu Wirtschaft, IT, Medien, Psychologie, Data Science oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
  • Du interessierst dich für mehrere dieser Gebiete: E‑Commerce, digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Datenanalysen, User Experience Design, Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Consulting, im Umgang mit KI‑gestützten Tools, in UX‑Research oder in digitalen Projekten mit
  • Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompting‑Techniken und im Umgang mit Design‑ oder Whiteboard‑Tools (z. B. Figma, Miro, Mural) sind ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch, experimentierfreudig und lernst gerne Neues im Team
