About Product Experience Team Europe

We're the voice of European users in a global portfolio of smart EVs. We're working as user-centric product managers for Vehicle, Autonomous Driving, NOMI (In-Car Voice Assistant and AI), Infotainment, and Smart Hardware. In addition, we also combine user research and interaction designs to deliver solutions beyond expectations. From ideating or realizing user wishes, to creating and aligning requirements until testing the final solution, we own the process of delivering vehicles and features. we are looking for an

Infotainment Product Experience Manager - EU (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

Downstream product development (80%)

• Create Product Requirement Definition Documents (PRDs) for in-vehicle infotainment features and experiences for both Europe and the Middle East - including media & in-vehicle entertainment applications and services such as DAB/FM/online radio, audio streaming, video streaming, in-vehicle web browsers, in-vehicle app stores, etc;
• Work closely with UXUI designers to ensure their interaction designs (UX) and pixel-perfect user interfaces (UI) are aligned with your PRDs;
• Work closely with software dev and QA teams to ensure all infotainment features are shipped in accordance with your PRDs;
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UATs) prior to each Software Over-The-Air (SOTA) and Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) update - securing a flawless user experience prior to feature mass release;
• Work closely with UX researchers to monitor user satisfaction ratings for all features mass released to end-users.

Upstream product and business development (20%)

• Work closely with UX researchers to gather user insights;
• Benchmark competitors and conduct trends research in the in-vehicle infotainment space;
• Work closely with the Procurement department to establish new infotainment partnerships involving third-party software licenses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering- or Business-related major;
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital product management, digital product design or digital experience design - with a track record delivering in-vehicle infotainment features (0-to-1 and 1-to-n);
• Experience in setting up new infotainment partnerships with third parties would be preferred;
• Proactive, cooperative and humble demeanor - ensuring smooth information flow and good collaboration with colleagues in Europe and China;
• Ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment;
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence others;
• Excellent verbal and written English;
• Ability to travel within Europe to conduct UATs and competition benchmarking activities;
• EU driving license to conduct UATs.
