Job Description

  • Direkten Einfluss auf den Geschäftserfolg Deiner Kund:innen nehmen, indem Du sie im für den Unternehmenserfolg relevanten Bereich des Recruitings unterstützt.
  • Loyale Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Kund:innen verschiedenster Größenordnung auf- und ausbauen und dabei die Kund:innen hinsichtlich Strategie, Organisationsstruktur sowie Business-Modell verstehen lernen.
  • Kunden-Pitches, Business-Development und Bewerber:innen-Interviews prägen dabei Deinen Arbeitsalltag, mit dem Du Recruiting-Prozesse zum Erfolg führst.
  • Deine Kund:innen zu Stellenanforderungen und Recruiting-Strategien beraten.
  • Deine Kund:innen und Kandidat:innen zusammenbringen und dabei jeden Recruiting-Prozess für alle Parteien zu einem Erfolg machen.

The Successful Applicant

  • Du bringst intrinsische Motivation, Durchhaltevermögen, Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für den Job im Sales mit.
  • Du bringst erste Vertriebserfahrung (idealerweise) im B2B Umfeld mit.
  • Du möchtest etwas bewegen und Einfluss auf den Erfolg jedes einzelnen Kundenprojekts nehmen.
  • Lösungsorientierung bestimmt dabei Deine gesamte Arbeitsweise - Deine positive Lebenseinstellung unterstützt Dich dabei, Herausforderungen zu meistern und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du verfügst über Teamgeist, der dazu beiträgt, dass wir unsere Ziele erreichen und somit unsere Erfolge gemeinsam feiern können.
  • Du weist ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung vor und sprichst fließend Deutsch, sowie Englisch.
