Mit unseren innovativen Agri-PV-Lösungen bringen wir Landwirtschaft und Energieerzeugung zusammen. Unser Ziel: Flächen doppelt nutzen, Landwirten neue Perspektiven eröffnen und die Energiewende aktiv mitgestalten.

Nach dem erfolgreichen Markteintritt starten wir nun mit dem Aufbau unseres eigenen EPC-Bereichs (Engineering, Procurement & Construction). Dafür suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die diesen Bereich bei uns skaliert.

Als Head of / Leiter EPC (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Realisierung unserer Agri-PV-Projekte – vom Kick-off nach Baugenehmigung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Du gestaltest Prozesse, baust ein schlagkräftiges EPC-Team auf und sorgst für effiziente, skalierbare Umsetzungsstrukturen.

Aufgaben
  • Operative Leitung des EPC-Bereichs
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der Schnittstellen zwischen Technik, Einkauf, Bauleitung und Partnern
  • Auswahl, Bewertung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Nachunternehmer
  • Sicherstellung von Zeitplan, Budget, Qualität und Compliance in der Umsetzung
  • Aufbau standardisierter Prozesse und Tools zur effizienten Projektabwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei technischen Entscheidungen (z. B. Modulauswahl, Unterkonstruktionen, Anschlusslösungen)
  • Kontinuierliches Screening der Märkte nach neuen innovativen und kosteneffizienten Lösungen
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und technischer Due Diligence
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektentwickler:innen und dem Gründungsteam
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung sowie starkes Netzwerk im EPC- oder Projektmanagement von PV- oder Infrastrukturprojekten (idealerweise Agri-PV oder Freifläche)
  • Kenntnisse in Bauleitung, Netzanschluss, Vergabeprozessen und Projektcontrolling
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Skalierung von Teams oder Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Sicher im Umgang mit relevanten Tools (z. B. MS Project, AutoCAD, PVSol, ERP-Systeme)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Reisebereitschaft, Deutsch fließend
