Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kennzahlenanalyse zur Berechnung von Einkaufserträgen
  • Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  • Aufbau von Simulationsmodellen und Erstellung von Prognosen zur Geschäfts- und Ertragsentwicklung
  • Risikoanalyse sowie Entwicklung von Frühwarnsystemen
  • regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Verbesserung der einkaufsbezogenen Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Unterstützung bei Einkaufsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines verwandten Studienganges mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und/oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkaufscontrolling, idealerweise in der Diagnostikindustrie
  • Kenntnisse über die Einkaufsorganisation eines Labors sowie über der im Labor verwendeten Produkte/Reagenzien von vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisch/konzeptionelles Denkvermögen verbunden mit einer hohen Auffassungsgabe
  • Gewissenhafte, zügige und belastbare Arbeitsweise im Team mit höchstem Serviceanspruch
  • Proaktiver, selbständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsansatz
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln mit Blick auf die Zielerreichung
