IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung der globalen Business Unit Kupplungssysteme bei deren Aufbau in den Bereichen Personen- und Güterverkehr
- Projektmanagement-Support in engem Austausch mit Entwicklung, Cost Engineering, Vertrieb und weiteren übergreifenden Funktionen im globalen Kontext
- Koordination eigener Teilprojekte mit unternehmensweiten Stakeholdern und/ oder mit direktem Kundenkontakt
- Unterstützung bei der Strategieentwicklung und -Umsetzung zur Einführung der Digitalen Automatischen Kupplung (DAK) für den europäischen Schienengüterverkehr
- Mitwirken beim Aufbau eines standardisierten Produktportfolios
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Strategien zur erfolgreichen Etablierung der Geschäftseinheit auf dem globalen Markt für Kupplungssysteme
IHR PROFIL
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse
- Gesucht wird eine hochmotivierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten sowie der Bereitschaft, Eigeninitiative zu zeigen. Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und technisches Interesse runden das Profil ab
